I am Lael Sturm, the founder of Ogmentor. My goal is simple: to help business owners like you get their time back.
I know what it is like to be pulled in a hundred directions. I have started and exited three companies, worked with thousands of business leaders, and spent years running a marketing agency before I spun out Ogmentor in 2022. Through all of that, I saw the same problem over and over again.
You have the vision. You have the drive. But you are buried in tasks that do not grow your business.
So I built Ogmentor to fix that. We give you skilled, fully managed virtual assistants who handle the work so you can focus on what matters.
I started my career in the music industry before moving into marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. I earned my Finance MBA from Columbia Business School, but the real education came from building businesses from the ground up.
I live in Marin County, California with my two children and a very big dog. When I am not working, you will probably find me at a concert — I have been going to live shows for decades, and the posters from those shows are all over my office walls.
My background is not just about business. It is about understanding what it takes to build something real. I have been in your shoes. I know the struggle of trying to grow a business without the right support team.
